ADSL Infrastructure?

Hi

I ordered a 384kb Dsl line from webafrica. When I check the exchange checker it says that my exchange supports ADSL but their are infrastructure issues. How long does i need to wait? I'm waiting more than a month now.

I have to say from a business point of view, i have seen an decrease in the time it takes for Telkom to install.

When I checked my exchange it said the exact same thing. I thought screw it and placed my order anyway and 5 days later I was up and running.
