ADSL Installation/Activation

How long would it take to get ADSL activated/installed on my line once my line has been installed?

if they are VERY fast - 24-48hours... normal = 5-7 work days and slow = 7-14 days

they activated my adsl the same day they installed my line. 5 minutes after the techie left I was surfing!

yes, but i am installing the line using Lawrence's Guide

So just not sure if it will be activated that day or not. i am hoping so tho!

I've heard of it taking over 6 months, two of my friends waited that long. Mine was about 2 weeks though.

waiting for the sync led waas pretty qwke for me...under 12 hours. getting a login and p/w took a while though

Was 6 days, with a weekend in between, for me. Unfortunately started with TelkomInternet, and sorting out the p/w issues took another 4 days. Two weeks later I changed to Afrihost when they started their special, and have never looked back.
