The last 2 weeks were absolutely a nightmare regarding the downtime of my ADSL. Is there a programme on the web that can monitor the internet connectivity so as to give me for each day the total amount of hours that I had connectivity and the total amount of hours down time?
Also, what a lame excuse at the help desk to say that they experience a large volume of callers and therefor one must be patient - how will I know if there is indeed someone in the office to answer my call?
