Hi,

Double checked, IM NOT CAPPED (used 2 accounts other than mine to verify)

I can not get to any international sites.

I can ping and tracert them, but no websites will open.

Firefox says the folowing:

Server Error
The following error occurred:

Code: 
 Could not connect because of networking problems. Contact your system administrator.
Please contact the administrator.

Down for 10 minutes, back up again. REALLY weird.

It seems like names got resolved but pages got lost (maybe within that hidden proxy of Telscum??

SAme problem again. Local sites are fine though.

its an uncapped saix adsl ip range.. saix seem to have run out of uncapped ips and started to use the 165.165.160.x and few others.
 
Capped range I know on the 165.165.x.x range started at < 165.165.65.0
could have changed now, not sure on the new 165.146.x.x range
