ADSL is cookin...even though I'm capped

Anyone else getting good international speeds for the past 3 days or is it just me?
Managing to browse internationally and downloading a huge amount of stuff since the 25th even though I got capped on the 23rd.

Yes emule been sitting on +/- 35KB/s from about the 19th []

Wonder if its a fault on telkoms side or that they see Sentech are out and about mmmmm !

It appears that Telkom's capping and port prioritisation is confused.

I'm capped and P2P is very fast, but surfing international sites is as frustrating as ever.

It's like only HTTP is capped... NNTP, FTP, P2P, etc. is blazingly fast. I've downloaded about 15GB off P2P in the past 5 days, yet international websites are slow :-/

The Telkom technicians must all be sitting on the beach.

Just to clarify... I downloaded 15GB off International P2P (not the local DC++ server). Here's yesterday's usage report (It appears that Telkom's usage tracker cannot track more than 2GB downloaded per day.):

same here , done 6,9 GB this month , HTTP is slow since got capped , but internet radio at 128Kbps is 100% , and downloads from kazaa are going at 30-40kb/s...... i thing telkom technicians are at the beach too lol...
