ok, so i'm about to get adsl in the next week.
i need to know what the best ISP to have is, or should i stick with telkom and their ridiculous rates. why is it that there is no cap on home internet usage in GAMBIA, SENEGAL, or BURKINA FASO, but in south africa (the "advanced country" as it wants to call itself) i have to deal with shaped and unshaped? fie.
telkom is so anti-small business, it's unreal. i'd rather not have to deal with them at all, but i need clear comparisons in PLAIN ENGLISH (tm). A little help with that regard would go a long way. if telkom adsl is the best option... this country is not going to meet 6% annual economic growth for a long, long time.
drop me a line here AND on yahoo or email... since right now, i'm stuck with the telkom internet for 150 hours package on dialup, i can't leave my computer on all the time. makes no bloody sense.
