ADSL Issue: PPPoE session not being created

This morning I woke up to a dead ADSL service.

- Telephone line up.
- ADSL syncing.
- Router restarted.

- ISP connections not being created.

Router itself fails to connect with Web Africa. Manual connection on PC to FNB Connect and Vox Telecom fails with Error 651

Been having the same issue since yesterday afternoon.
