ADSL issues

What's going on with my adsl? I can consistantly do a speedtest and get 22ms and over 3meg download speed, but I cannot browse the web AT ALL. Any ideas? By the way, the speedtest.net window I already had open from earlier works fine, but I cannot load a new one.

Well you're not exactly giving us much to go on. May as well tell you rats have eaten all the servers in the world except for MyBB and Speedtest.

Clear cache, delete temporary files, check browser security settings, check firewall settings, check AV settings...

Working again now after restarting router for 3rd time.
