I've been having Internet issues lately but I'm not sure where the problem lies.
Problems started maybe 2 weeks ago. I moved to Vryheid, KZN, beginning of this year. Line was moved by Telkom on the 5th of January.
I'll experience intermittent disconnections on my PC (connected wirelessly to modem, running Windows 10).
On the modem itself, the Internet light will be off, sometimes shining red.
When I log into the modem, it seems like the Telkom lines are down, because DSL Operational Status shows nothing and ADSL line status shows ACTIVATING or HANDSHAKING. The problem gets resolved in its own within an hour or so.
Over the last two nights I noticed that this happens around 19:00. Not sure if it was just coincidence.
So I'm figuring that the problem might be worth Telkom, but the phone is still working.
Any advice?
