ADSL line activated?

Phoned Telkom to get ADSL. Phoned them again. They say it is done. I ordered a 384 line but when I hook up my modem it syncs at 1024 down and 384 up. The modem says I am connected to AXXESS (my ISP) but I can't browse at all. I can ping sites and it looks up their Ip address but all the packets are lost. I am guessing there is still something they need to do on their end to set me up? I have microfilters installed on all the phones so I don't think it would be interference.

Click below to verify your account (Type your tel no and order no in) and in about 10 minutes you should be able to hook up with your AXXESS username and password to the internet.

If you cant access the telkom site, just reset your router to telkom defaults (if you have a telkom router) and it should allow your access to the website.
