Dear Customer
Telkom has informed us that due to technical restrictions on their ADSL network, there may be some delays in finalising your ADSL order. There is the further possibility that your current line does not support the Self-Install Option (SIO) for our All Inclusive ADSL product.
If Telkom cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable period of time, we may need to cancel your order. In the interim you may wish to consider an alternative, wireless broadband service.
