ADSL Line dead for 3 weeks

My ADSL line stopped working completely 3 weeks ago. I logged a fault with Telkom on the 15th November and have been following up every day, twice a day for the last 3 weeks.

I am not getting anywhere!!!

Can anybody suggest alternative options other than the stupid call center?

The problem with this is that when I do attempt to do this, I receive a message stating that there is already an open fault on this line (The one I reported three weeks ago) and I can't go any further.
