About a month ago my ADSL line just stopped working out of the blue..my modem goes on, all the lights come on except the ADSL LED and PPP LED, and strange enough the Dial-Up still works :/.
So I call telkom to complain....after sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting for a operator to become available, they tell me there is a fault with the line and they gotta send out a tech.
A week passes so I call back, wait another hour for a operator...only to find out they haven't even logged the error, so the dude logs the error and tells me he will set it as urgent, they then call me back on the weekend telling me they sending the tech out on monday...no tech comes, so i call back to find out whats going on...I have to explain my problem all over again even though they got a reference number only for them to tell me yet again I have a line fault and they cant pick up the line on their side, and you guessed it, they gotta send out a tech to come fix the problem :/ *sigh*
Its now been 4 weeks now since the line went out, no word from them or any sign of a tech, but they expect me to keep by my payments every month...suppose we cant expect nothing but the worst from telkom, thats one thing they can guarentee you.
