Hi Everyone
I've got an issue that I'm quite stumped with, after Fridays SAIX issue my up till now good line has developed major issues, my SNR is down to 6.0db, my line speed is at 960kbps down, 384up. I've already contacted mweb and they are investigating

It went down on Saturday and came back briefly on Sunday evening (no sync) and is now dropping and syncing below 2048 and 512. I've attached the screen shots of before and after the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated :)

P.S the netgear screenshot was taken with a different router than the one I'm using now but is shows what I mean about the line being in good shape, when we upgraded to 1024/512 the SNR was at 28 and 13 respectively, and same for 2048/512

Remove your ADSL filter and see if your noise margins don't increase again.

Your line attenuation values are roughly the same as with your old/other Netgear modem. 26dB downstream line attenuation would mean that you can almost get 10Mbps, so something is definitely going on with either your equipment or ADSL line.
