ADSL Line issues

Hi all

Any help with this. Did a ping test to specific server at 15h30. Average reply 26 ms. Same server at 18h30 average reply 400ms. This happens every night. Internet also slow. Can something be done about this.

Speedtest shows 2.9 down 0.42 up. Now shows between 0.9 and 1.2 down and 0.3 up.
4meg line ISP Telkom. Took line down to 3meg. Same issue.

Just to add. Tested from another line in different area to same server. average reply 20ms

Just upgraded to 6MB and noticed yesterday (when it was activated since morning) and tonight at the same time it also went horrible wrong (read: slow). I found rebooting helps bring it back.

What happens if you reboot though? Thought it was my exchange or line that is foobard but now not so

Edit: i never reboot tonight and speeds are back at 6MB aswell as browsing, no timeouts etc. Very odd

Edit 2: speeds are gone awol again last hr or so :/.
