ADSL Line Migration Question

Just want to know if I migrate my line from Telkom to any other isp is my line still with Telkom and is the new ISO just in charge of the billing part of the service itself?

If you migrate your line to your ISP telkom just moves it to their wholesale department, under the ISP's account.

and remember, there's usually a downgrade fee the other someone will charge if you migrate back to Telkom
