Where can i can a 4mb adsl line only for the cheapest?

Only from Telkom... although a couple of ISPs will handle the line for you and effectively 'front' for Telkom. You won't save more than R10 p/m or so, though. Just keep the line with Telkom - makes it easier if you want to switch ISPs
