Hello, I have for the past week been experiencing completely erratic line speeds, from full speed to nothing. Telkom tell me, when I phoned and they tested it, that my line is perfectly fine. I have a 3GB 384 connection with Telkom and I'm currently capped, so I'm using my Afrihost 2GB account. I thought maybe it was a problem with IS, but when I use my Telkom local, I get the same erratic speeds. I really am trying to figure out what the problem might be. Someone mention my SNR Margin and Line Attenuation, but I don't know what the numbers mean. I have added them below. Could anyone perhaps help me out with a few suggestions as to what I might be able to do to figure out what the problem is before having to call out a Telkom techie.Many thanks.
