I am desparate. Please help. We are a primary school in Newcastle.
We have got a 4 meg ADSL line at schools and it was working well. During our rain season (Des-Feb)our line started to drop the whole time. Speaking to one of the Telkom techs they told me there is a problem with the cables in the area.
Now we still have a problem. We have reported the problem to Telkom various times and have some guys there. but nothing ever gets done.
We can't send emails, do our internet banking or update our website because the line gets dropped the whole time. Yet they are happy to take our money the whole time.
I have reported this online, at the telkom offices and over the phone and still nothing. I am tired of excuses and stories.
Is there anyone I can phone, email, bribe if I have to.
