ADSL line rental only

Does anyone know where i can get an ADSL line rental from besides telkom?
The idea behind asking this is to get Openweb's 4mb 'uncapped' account and find a place to rent the line from the cheapest.
(I already have Telkom Closer package 2).

There are only 2 licensed fixed line operators.... Telkom and Neotel. But it would appear they prefer the wireless route!!

Get you line from telkom, move it to axxess.

Telkom charges R414 and Axxess R359 for 4mb. Axxess take no new lines, so get one 1st from telkom and then do transfer.

In CT Neotel is waiting for the landscape to change.
Will have to wait for the fault line along the West Coast to act up first then.

They're not an operator.
Only dig trenches for operators, IECNS license holders to make use of.
