I have been trying to work out how to go about this and whether or not it results in downtime. I currently have one of those all in one packages from webafrica line rental + data. I want to move to a new ISP and I have not been given much info on how to do it.
I was told by someone it has to be first transferred back to telkom and then another ISP can take it over so I can sign up for another all in one package. How do you get this to happen, and does it mean I will be without internet for while ?
