ADSL line speed upgrade dates

Telkom has confirmed upgrade dates for its 2Mbps, 4Mbps, and 10Mbps ADSL lines

Not to sure why Telkom would upgrade the 4meg to 10meg lines if so very few DSLAM's support it.
