ADSL Line speed

Hi.
I currenly have a 4mb line installed with 4mbps uncapped wifi.
I want to upgrade my speed to 20mbps, would I need to install a new line (and indeed so, is the monthly cost more or the same)

Don't think you will need to install a new line. The technician will just do all the necessary adjustments at exchange, as far as price goes it's going to be alot more expensive. Why not go for uncapped lte?

It also depends how far you are from the exchange. If you are too far you will not qualify for 20Mbps. Give Telkom a call or check their website with your landline number to see whether you potentially qualify for that speed.
