ADSL line speed

Since September 2013 Telkom line speed has become so slow!especially in the evenings. nobody can assist me and all that is said is that the cause is traffic :twisted::twisted:

right now on a 4mb line im experiencing 0.34mpbs download speed and 0.24 mbps upload speed

the rep of TELKOMza said the problem will be sorted out at the end of the month well today is the last day. so annoyed with Telkom!!!!:twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted:

what happens when u login with guest@telkomsa and use the saix speed test it its still slow
u know its your line/exhange

if itfast your isp,\


but still that speed is verry bad
