Hi guys, just a quick question, would under voltage of the adsl line cause a low SNR value or a bad attainable rate, coz my attenuation is apparently rather good? apparently, (if the values are being read correctly) the voltage we are reading are around 3-8 on the adsl line, where I believe it should be around 45-50? SNR being 6 and attenuation being 25? would switching to VDSL do anything in this instance? Just want to get every little bit of information before I have to turn to telkom.
