ADSL line

To whom it may concern

I have had a problem with my ADSL line for sometime now. I have 200Gigs that I can use for the month, but it runs out before the end of the month. Nothing has been downloaded that can use the 200Gigs so quick. This has been going on like this for a few months now.

I have contacted Telkom and they gave me an e-mail address that I needed to send my query to. I have asked them to check if they could see from their side what is using my Gigs so fast.

I still have had no feed back yet.

Please could you help me with this. The ADSL line number is 021-9131968

Please remove your phone number from the post.

we do need more information how many people use your internet how many phones and pc's tablets etc.
If there were updated, whatsapp or google photo backups - all this can add up to 200Gb very quickly.


If you suspect foul play change your ADSL password ,router password and wifi password.
