ADSL Melkbos

I usually have no problems with syncing, I get a full 4MB, but most of the time my throughput is half that.
I have been told that its because the pipe into Melkbos is congested.

YES, i am on the limit, but since Telkom did there blanket ADSL speed upgrade on the 384 and 1meg lines, it has dramatically and exponentially worsened. I don't think there system can cope with the demand and as usual they have under estimated the effects without upgrading there ADSL capacity.
