ADSL messed up?

Anyone else been experiencing on and off ADSL since 1am? At like 10 minutes a time my international completely cuts off, then comes back... then cuts off.

The New Germany and Durban routers are undergoing maintenance between midnight at 6am, according to SAIX. If you're in that area, that'd explain it.
