ADSL - Milnerton Problems

Is there any other people have problems with their ADSL Internet in Milnerton , Cape Town as my rooter modems ADSL light is just flashing the whole time from 5:30 this evening from before that it work perfectly .

I'm in Milnerton and my adsl is working 100%, I live close to paddocks shopping center.

I rebooted my rooter again and it is working pefectly now
