I manage many sites country wide, all equiped with 512k ADSL lines.
There is a combination of Linksys & Planet modems across these sites.
Often (Every day) we need to reboot at least 2 of these modems to allow internet traffic to work again.
The DSL & Internet lights remains constantly on and green, however no traffic goes through.
A reboot of the modem solves everything.
Does anybody know why this is?
Is it a Telkom issue, or ISP issue?
It's very frustrating as I spend my mornings rebooting modems.!!
