ADSL Multiple account query

Hi all,

We have 2 adsl accounts and are using a Telkom Premium Combo - ADSL Router Wireless 2+. My question is what is the easiest way to switch between 2 adsl accounts automatically (when we reach our cap) without doing it manually.

The problem is how would you detect if you had reached your cap on an account?

If you're counting bytes for an account it can work but what about the ISPs that don't hard cap?
IS stop you from authenticating when you reach the cap but SAIX just stop routing traffic.
If you can't log in does it mean that the authentication system is down or does it mean that you're capped?
If you can log in but aren't getting any traffic does it mean you're capped or does it mean that there are network problems somewhere else?
The cap detection would be the hard part.

An alternative would be to set up two accounts in parallel and use load balancing software so that when the one account gets capped the other one carries on being used.
That's about the only automatic way I can think of and it's not that simple to implement.

Ah was not taking in consideration that part of your question.. just the jumping between the two easily
