Adsl not connecting

My adsl boots up connects and loses connection within a minute.
Been doing this for a week. Logged problem online with Telkom snd sent confirmation email back following up again nothing from them.
It's TrendNet TEW 568BRM.
Faerie Glen east of Hans Strijdom
Any help or suggestions?

Reported telepnonicaly - lets see.
2 weeks ago also had issues and the tech was here, went to the box after saying the lines were stolen which is BS and came back 5 min later and it was connected.
I have a suspicion there is a shortage of lines and they connected someone on my connection if this is possible? The box is across the street.

I know the cables at the BP garage got stolen, after which we got some nasty congestion. Then it got fixed.
But there has been some cable theft lately, during which they would relay you to another box thingy.
