adsl not working!!!!

hey guys. last week i was just casually surfing the net and then all of a sudden my router resets. so i wait for it to connect again but then it doesnt. i have a router where the light is orange when its connected. but my light stays green and doesn't turn orange. also i phoned telkom and then they sent a technician..... and he says theres nothing wrong with the line, its my setup thats messed up. what doest make sense is that normaly all you have to do is plug your ethernet cable in your computer and its supposed to work!

anyone know how to fix this?

Check if your account is still set in the router.

If the light is steady green then you know that the ADSL line is fine.

Log into the router 10.0.0.2 --> enter U/N and PW --> click on quick start --> check ISP settings on the bottom right.

If the settings are correct then the light on the right hand side of the router will turn orange.

or you can just make a PPPoE conection.
