ADSL or somethink ,.need hellp or advice

hi on begin i want make BIG sorry for my english typing...

i got BT Total broaband 20MB download speed and 1.2 MB upload speed..of course up to..:/ ..

i was check few posts aboute :

Noise margin ,Line attenuation ,Output power ,FEC Events ,CRC Events ,Loss of Framing,Loss of Signal ,Loss of Powe ,HEC Events ,Error Seconds :

i know few thinks aboute pc but knowlage aboute routers are not my good side..i use 20MB DL on 1.2 MB UP..in BT.. i was pick up to now loads of weird stuff in connection..and after few visits soem tech guy from BT everytihnk looks ok but im very sensitive on some disturbrance in Gaming Oline waht make me REALY %^#%@%:twisted::mad::wtf::(
.. lags lags and one more time LAGS !!!!.. i play on British servers with ping 10-30 and gaming is sometimes hard to describe..but words LAGS say i think more than everythink..so. i setup my laptop just fine for gaming.. no ineternet aplications or some AutoUpdates are not workig when i play game.. My Os works on balanced number of System Prosesses.. i use dual AMD , 3.5 GB RAM and 700 MB graph CArd..Realtek network card have good drivers . on BT Router (hub) i got trigeret ports for Game (but it not give muche diference if trigered ports are OFF ) .. icant realy do muche changes on Router..

in Posts what iwas ready i discavered some strange thinkg..i compare it with my ( hmm good working router) and it looks like everytink from Noise Margin to Errors Seconds are VERY VERY WRONG !.. but i can be wrong ?.like i said i mnewbe in routers stuff so i need advice or some hellp ?..i just want to show how it look now :

but after some hour of working some of statuses are changing to sometihnk like this :

somethink like this .. +- 1000 .. and it happend all the time.. can some one can talk to me aboute this ? if its wrong or good ..
im sure aboute Errors ..this cant be like this..

i not use Wirels ihave this future TurnedOFF on router... i use some 10 metters cable from router to my Ethernet input in laptop

uhm BT?
this south african forum, we get ping from British server over 200, that normal for us...
me not sure but your SNR (noise margin) not look good, too much low

please forgive my poor english too, me just make sure you understand :)
 
hi.. BT means British Telocomunication......im not british and im not english lol.. and soute africa ? waht difrence it makes ?..still Earth ..
if it is possible for soem of u guys tell me what is shud looks like ?..i need to give more details ?..British internet i think is moste crap in all world..some tech guy fro manother company when he meet me in my home some year ago he dont know what is IP !!! :P lol and he come to fix router problem..

u knwo what Noise MArgin shud be in 20mb DL and 1.2 UP ?
 
We in South Africa, as the 103rd highest rated ADSL country on Earth don't even have 20mb lines, how should we know what the noise margin should be?
 
Poor SNR margins on a 384kbps ADSL connection has the same effect as on a 20Mbps ADSL connection.

Your problem is clearly that your ADSL modem is trying to connect at a too fast speed, which results in too low SNR margins. Try downgrading to like 14Mbps and see if your SNR margins doesn't improve to like 10-12dB, instead of just 3dB. A decent SNR margin should sort out all your issues.
 
ok..so u mean when i not make conection busy SNR will be low ? and when i start active use line SNR shud jump up ?..u know i remember time when my UP SNR was on 60.00 db what now i hmm understand it was grate.. but some tech guy from internet company fix it to 6.0

hmm...i want ask u for some think... u got two answers...tell me what Ping in game u prefer more when your ping mostly is on 40... u want stay with ping 0 or 150 ? ,,,think before answer
 
In the UK, there is a different type of ADSL. This user is currently on ADSL2+ and BT's Dynamic Line Management which monitors the line and adjusts settings accordingly, has pushed down this users Noise Margin down to 3dB because it thought the line was stable enough. What his ISP would be wise to do is carry out a request for the Noise Margin to be reset up to 6dB and for Interleaving to be applied in order to smooth out any errors and try and stabilise the connection.

well....i was contact with customer service ..( BT) some tech guy call me yesterday and he after weekend wil llook in this more deep..i was make few speed tests and on one i was 0KB Download speed...on 5 tests 4 was unable make upload speed test..

on BT form soem user try fight me and warning me and he inform Main BT office ..LOL ?.. i tihn k he is mad cuz his hellping was extreamly ussles and i inform him aboute reason why i made post.. but whatever..

i made loads of speed tests..on some i have 22mb dl speed but test is unable to make upload speed..on another test i hve 7 mb DL .. and no possbiles to make UP speed test..another test its 17mb..and 133kbps upload speed.. this line is extreamly not stable....once webs opening nice ..two minutes later i waith for simple web soem 30 seconds ..after this i just restart broswer.. iclear all casche ( soem tech guy suget me make this ) stil lsame..

Sounds like congestion me albeit temperamental. I'm not sure how much an engineer could achieve at your house, because your connection speed is amazing compared to here in SA! Perhaps someone will need to go out to the exchange and change a few settings, change the line card? Or in a more logical link switch the central pipes your on.

in my home like last time he conect own tools to adls socket and he will test signal i think...and later yes exchange..but once one tech guy was here .. and he check exchange and fix l somethink... hmm..

one think im sure.. England dont have good quality of Internet...even u can have here 20 mbdl.. people here see only Download speed and mostly dont care aboute Upload.. i hope they know what is importand when they try open soem website on server in Japan or another place on earth...or when they play game onLine and what is importand when they Shoting oponent and this in same way SENDING to Server where game is instaled..
they dont care aboute Upload...
