I recently moved from a place where I had a phone line and a 384k ADSL connection,
Yesterday I managed to order a WIMAX connection, from telkom, for my new place.
In my head, I thought I would proabably pay close to a R1000 to get a new phone line and a 384k adsl 'line' and a 512k WIMAX connection would only cost just over R500. So I would save on the initial setup.
The Wimax rental is R240 and the phone + adsl line would be about R250, so telscum has priced them the same.
I only use the internet at home to browse and play games on the saix server. My question is, should I cancel the WIMAX order and order a new telephone line + 384k or should I just keep the wimax order.
