ADSL Outage

Hi, hope this in in the right place. Is there anybody out there that is connecting to the Bromhoff exchange that has been having synchronisation issues since Saturday evening? I have called the usual ADSL support numbers, have had my port reset countless times, tried 3 spare routers and the line will still not sync. Short of parking my car across the entrance to the Bronhoff exchange and staging a protest I am not sure how to get an update other than "a technician has been assigned.
