i was working at imaginet when this whole thing went down... was a good trip down memory lane... thank the heavens i'm out of the ISP game, you couldn't pay me enough to get back in it. one important lesson learnt: consumers need to VOICE their opinions, strongly, especially in matters pertaining to poor service.
