ADSL phone software?

I have searched but not found anything. When we had ISDN we where able to use our PC's as a phone so the software would be on your PC for you to use your headset as a phone. Do you get this for the ADSL lines?

Nope unless you want to go through VOIP which is a cheaper option in some cases
