Anyway, just wanted to say that the fault lies with icasa, not telkom. even if telkom is wheeling and dealing behind the scenes, it is icasa's job to fnalise and release these regulations regardless of potential attempts by telkom to influence the outcome.
I'm sure many of us are tracking this statement from last week. Any one have insider views into when ICASA will do this? Or is this just another case of Ivy needing to be consulted before a decision of this nature can be made public?
Also I wonder what's the SNO's take on this as it will most definetly have an impact on their plans, or not?
