Morning all
I have been having a problem for the last 3 weeks or so. The problem is EVERY night between 8-10PM my DSL stops working, it syncs to the exchange, but doesnt connect to any of my ISP's. So i logged a call with Telskum, they said it was an exchange fault, and the techs are busy repairing it. the DSl will start working sometimes during the next day, and true as bob it'll stop at 8-10PM. I called Telskum this morning again asking WTF they are doing to fix it, and the tech says that they have fixed the problem...so i asked him to reset my line. he then saw that the exchange has still not been fixed. Is there any way i can get some1 to sort this out? i mean I'm paying for a 24/7 DSL service which is currently only running maybe 9 hours a day.
Anyone got suggestions or some help?
the exchange is in Constantia park PTA East.
ps: I know its not my line, as my friend is on the same exchange and experiences the same problem!
