ADSL problem

Hi guys

I have a Netgear DGN2200 wifi adsl router. Since last night the adsl has been down. When i look in the stats section of the router i see line speed down as 4mb and up as 512k which is as it should be. When i go to connection status it just says "off" under "connection".

I called telkom this morning and they say its syncing fine on their side, even did a reset there as well as on my router. She then said to take it up with my isp, openweb (yes yes i know :erm: ). Thing is it doesnt get to the authentication step, so it has to be the line or the router. Here is what I see. Any ideas?

Its not the ISP

Looks like an Authentication issue to me, have you tried a firmware upgrade, or reloading the firmware?

have u checked user name and password ? try resetting it ??

Stupid question, but after you reset the router did you add the ISP login details again?
