ADSL problem

Hi, i started having a problem with my line yesterday. The problem is that it keeps disconnecting and also very slow. I checked the ADSL status on the modems page and saw the following:

Could someone please tell me from this if my line is faulty or could the problem be with my ISP?

This says it's not disconnected, and hasn't been as well:

Elaspsed Time: 0 days 12 hours 33 minutes 51 seconds

The problem could be your ISP yes

That upstream errors indicate that it could be your router....
