Sign up with GoogleHi there, the last 2 months has been a horrible experience , local and overseas gaming is impossible and everything is very slow. Avarage latency is around 100 when u ping telkom but can range up to 1000 with up to 20% packet loss.

The problem seems to be worse in the eveniings. ONLY usable between 11pm and 7 am
