Very high latency and slow speeds. Logged multiple calls to Telkom and they say theres no issue on the line. Refuse to send out a tech and close the logged fault the next day. These are all unshaped isp accounts I have tested and contacted the ISP's to confirm if there are any issues and they confirmed there is nothing wrong on their end.
Don't want to give information if the exchange is crowded and cant get the service I pay for.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
