ADSL Question

Hi Everyone,

I've recently moved and got a voice line at my new place, and am waiting for my adsl to be activated. I applied through axxess mid last week.

I have two questions...

First, what kind of turn around time can i expect? -Because it's almost been a week and neither telkom or axxess can give me an exact date.

Second, once it's completed, will I need to go to telkoms verify adsl page and verify my line myself? -- As i don't have the order number for the adsl only the voice line, axxess does.

Have to think back. It's been awhile. IIRC my line was activated after about two days. I didn't verify anything. Once notified that the line was activated, I simply fired up my modem router and connected. Maybe now there's a different procedure.

Activation of your ADSL line can take up to 14 working days, you will receive a SMS as soon as the process is complete. No need verify your line yourself, we will do that on your behalf. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to DM me.
