ADSL Router working funny...

Hey all.
Recently my netgear wireless router has been acting strange. Im not quite sure what make it is but anyway.
It stays connected but every 5 minutes or so it will very quickly refresh, making my gaming, browing and other internet stuff freeze for about 20 seconds and then itl work again.
Ive got a 4meg line. Dont know what else i should post about it but if anyone could give me some settings that would be great. Maybe it would speed up my online gaming aswell??

you sure it's the router, and not your line? sounds to me like your router is resyncing

I think I have a similar problem, and am starting to think it's my router as well, here is a thread i start with the same sort of issue. I also have a netgear
