adsl router

Hi guys..

need some advice..my telkom router has given up and out of warranty, any one got any suggestions for a new nice cheap one,

ie has to do dhcp,
no wireless needed,
has to have more than 2 etherent,
management system user friendly.

These are decent:

D-link DSL-2540U ADSL modem + router + 4port 10/100 switch ; ADSL2/2+ 24Mbps downstream / 1Mbps upstream , with firewall + security protection
D-link DSL-2640U ADSL modem + wireless router + 4port 10/100 switch , 802.11b/g ; ADSL2/2+ : 24Mbps downstream / 1Mbps upstream ; G.lite : 1.5Mbps downstream / 512Kbps upstream.
