ADSL Rules regarding downloading torrents

I have a question, its a valid one, if a company uses a ADSL line, but has it registered as a normal line and not paying as if it is a business line.

Will the company get into trouble if downloads were made using torrents and movies etc?

Outgoing sharing of downloaded files will be blocked by Firewall.

Your question doesn't make sense.

Whether the line is a business line or not, has nothing to do with the ISP rules regarding torrents.

Two separate things.
