So my new tel line was installed last week Thursday. On Monday afternoon about 3, I phoned to request a self install.
Low and behold, the DSL light sync'd yesterday lunch time.
I got home last night and internet was not working although it sync'd and router connected to internet.
Phoned 0800375375, got through in 2 min. The guy says that he can see the sync by cannot pickup the exchange. He reckons that they are not complete with the installation yet.
Any thoughts?
