Hi there,
I posted the other day regarding the poor turn around times of telkoms technicians. Have been promised everyday since last week Wednesday that technician will come to no avail.
Since the line itself has already been provisioned for ADSL and all that is required is for the technician to come around in "install" the filter, I was thinking of just installing a filter myself and telling Telkom to go %&% themselves.
Only issue is that Telkom says that since I didn't elect self install and because they cannot change it on there antiquated system, they'll bill me for the technician even if he doesnt come out...
Do you guys think I could dispute this will telkom and not pay?
